Overview

Musheer.com set out to revolutionize how clients find and engage with legal services. I was tasked with creating an intuitive, efficient booking platform that could be accessed from both web and mobile devices.

The goal was to streamline the process of connecting clients with lawyers, making legal assistance more accessible and less daunting.

The Problem

The legal industry was rife with inefficiencies. Clients faced a confusing and often frustrating process when seeking legal advice. Lawyers struggled with managing inquiries and bookings, leading to missed opportunities and client dissatisfaction.

The existing system was disjointed, with no centralized platform for managing appointments and services.

My Role & Approach

I took a user-centric approach to redesign the platform:



  • User Research: Conducted extensive interviews with both clients and lawyers to understand pain points and desired features.
  • Wireframing: Developed detailed wireframes for both the client and lawyer interfaces, focusing on simplicity and ease of use.

  • Development Collaboration: Worked closely with the development team to ensure the design vision was accurately implemented.

  • Created interactive prototypes to test usability and gather feedback before full development.

Client-Centric Design: Prioritized features that made the booking process transparent, straightforward, and confidence-inspiring for clients.

The redesigned platform provided clients with a clear, step-by-step booking process:


  • Search and Filter: Clients could easily find lawyers by specialty, location, and ratings.
  • Transparent Pricing: All fees were clearly displayed, eliminating surprises.
  • Instant Booking: Clients could schedule consultations in real-time, with calendar integration.
  • Secure Document Sharing: Enabled safe exchange of documents through encrypted uploads.
