Technician Mobile App

Designed Torque360’s first native app MVP from scratch, starting with the most complex workflow: digital vehicle inspections.

Through proxy research and a gate first UI, I turned a 47 field paper form into 12 smart groups, added multi format attachments, and achieved full customer rollout establishing a mobile-first foundation for the entire SaaS platform.

Inventory Management

Re-engineered Torque360’s inventory from a generic tracker into an auto repair specific engine that natively handles parts, tires, wheels, fluids, and custom kits.  

A dynamic field builder, barcode-first stock updates, and one click reordering transformed inventory into a profit aware control tower adopted across the customer base.

Lawyer Booking Web App

Built Musheer’s cross-platform booking system from a one-page brief, fusing lawyer search, transparent fees, real-time calendar, and Stripe escrow into a single, confidence inspiring flow.  

Encrypted doc vault and anonymized calls baked trust into every step, establishing legal help as approachable and immediate.

Sam Onboarding

Reimagined SAM’s web dashboard for Amazon/Yodel DSPs, replacing multi tab chaos with one compliance centric control tower.  

A gate-first training UI, drag-drop custom module builder, and shift-ready calendar turned compliance into a competitive edge without touching a line of mobile code.
